Simply download the Britain at War app to access the latest issue or browse back issues dating back to November 2011 entirely for free. After installing the app, you can acquire new releases or additional back issues at a price lower than that of traditional newsstands. Remember to create a Pocketmags account to ensure the safeguarding of your purchases in case of device loss or damage, as well as viewing options on multiple platforms.
Please note: Posters or wall planners included with the printed version are currently not available with the digital edition.
--------------------This app is free to download. Users can purchase both the current issue and back issues from within the application.
Subscriptions are available via in-app purchases, with a subscription commencing from the most recent regular issue upon purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will be made within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, utilizing the prevailing subscription rate and duration for that product.
- Users can disable auto-renewal through Account Settings. However, canceling an active subscription during its term is not feasible.
- Payments are charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. If offered, any unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when subscribing.
- If a subscription includes a trial, after the trial ends, users will be billed for the full subscription price. Subscription cancellation during the free trial period must be completed via iTunes subscription settings at least 24 hours before expiration.
In-app registration/login for a Pocketmags account is recommended for issue protection in case of a lost device, as well as to facilitate browsing across various platforms. Existing Pocketmags users can access their purchases by logging in.
We suggest launching the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi environment for complete data retrieval of all issues. If your app fails to load beyond the splash page post-installation or update, delete then reinstall it from the App Store.
